About this piece
A double-bed (90×100 in) hand block print bedsheet in the anar phool — the pomegranate flower, an age-old fertility and abundance motif in Rajasthani printing. Stamped in deep madder red across a 180 TC cotton ground, this is the richest of our double jaipuri bedsheets: a dark, warm sheet that hides daily wear and glows under lamplight.

Size guide
Every listing states its exact size in Specifications above — this chart is here so you can compare across sizes before you buy.
How to wear
A dark red sheet wants ivory or gold-toned cushions and warm lighting. Wash cold and separately for the first two washes — deep reds release a little excess dye evenly — then with likes; always shade dry.
Frequently asked
Do deep reds bleed?
All saturated reds release some excess dye in early washes; ours is azo-free and fixed, so the release is light, even and over by the second cold wash. Never soak, never hot-wash, and the red stays deep for years.
What is the anar phool motif?
The pomegranate flower — a symbol of abundance carried into Sanganeri printing from Persian-Mughal design vocabulary. Each flower here is a separate hand-stamp with a carved sheesham block.
Is a dark bedsheet practical for daily use?
More than a light one — the madder ground hides creasing and everyday marks well, and 180 TC percale washes easily. It is our most low-maintenance double sheet.
